Bob has a vast amount of experience of running football clubs having started a mini soccer section for Hullbridge Sports in 1998 before moving on to form Hambro Colts YFC in 2001.
Bob is an FA level 2 licenced Coach has a Diploma in Exercise studies and also holds the Coaching Disabled Footballers ,level 1 Pyschology for Soccer and the FA Soccer Camp Coach Awards .
He is a tutor for the following programmes: FA Junior Football Organisers,Young Leaders and Level 2 Community Sports Leader Courses as well as being the Chair for the Essex FA Disability Steering Group .
Bob was awarded Essex FA Charter Standard Coach of the year in 2006 , BBC Essex Unsung Hero award in 2007 and was shortlisted for Essex High Sherrifs Award in 2008
